You are the face, the engine, and the conscience of Magik in the market. You make noise before the noise is expected. You understand the brand lives in the street before it lives on a screen.

Social Media & Content
  • Own and operate all Magik social channels with a clear, consistent brand voice
  • Build and execute a weekly content calendar across Instagram and TikTok
  • Create and edit content using CapCut and ChatGPT with working proficiency
  • Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a way that builds loyalty, not just volume
  • Monitor performance metrics weekly and adjust based on what the data says
02 — Creators
UGC & Creator Partnerships
  • Identify and recruit UGC creators who align with Magik's world
  • Coordinate the gifting program from sourcing to follow-up on deliverables
  • Build relationships with micro-creators in wellness, fitness, and lifestyle
  • Track UGC performance and separate who moves the needle from who collects free product
03 — Community
Customer Experience
  • Handle all social media customer service with speed and care
  • Turn every interaction into a brand touchpoint worth remembering
  • Build systems for consistent, on-brand responses at scale
  • Flag product feedback and community insights back to the team

What Field Activation Looks Like

  1. Execute a minimum of 2 in-person events per week: one weekday, one weekend
  2. Target environments of 50 to 100 people in the right rooms: farmers markets, gyms, yoga studios, Pilates, wellness pop-ups
  3. Operate the Magik van and pop-up tent with clear brand storytelling in every conversation
  4. Turn every sample into a story. Every handoff is a brand impression.
  5. Document each event with photo and video content for social use
  6. Collect direct feedback from real people and bring it back to the team

THE STANDARD

You will be measured on three things: presence in the market, growth in engagement, and quality of relationships built. Numbers matter. But numbers without depth are noise.

Non-Negotiable
  • Entrepreneurial spirit. You push brands forward, not paperwork.
  • Working knowledge of CapCut and ChatGPT for content creation
  • Social media literacy across Instagram and TikTok
  • Comfortable working in the field: van, tent, samples, real people
  • Self-directed. You produce without being managed.
  • Excellent communicator in text, DMs, and face to face
What Separates You
  • Experience in wellness, fitness, or lifestyle brand activation
  • Existing relationships in the health and wellness creator space
  • You have run events or pop-ups before
  • You understand how to build community, not just collect followers
  • You have a personal practice: training, nutrition, mindfulness
  • You see the long game and you move accordingly
